The first room I was given had a broken AC, and coming back late at night to a sweltering 86 degrees was unbearable. I had to switch to a different room that had red stains on the carpet—definitely not what I expected. The noise from the traffic and other guests was incessant, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

The room had no hot water, but we did get a new one quickly.

I really enjoyed the convenience of having a full-size refrigerator and kitchenware in my room. It felt like a home away from home. The staff went above and beyond to remember my name and check in on my comfort regularly. The room was cleaned weekly, which kept things fresh. However, the WiFi connection could be a lot better. It often cut out when I was trying to work. Also, I noticed a lack of proper cleaning in some common areas, like the stairwells, which had debris. While the hotel location is great for accessing local restaurants and Dulles Airport, it would be nice to have a gym added on the property and perhaps modernized laundry facilities.

We stayed here with our adult kids and found it quite convenient for our outings. The room was clean, and the little kitchenette was a lifesaver when we wanted to prepare some snacks together after a long day.
My kids wished for better water pressure in the shower.

Had a fun time with my friends! The location was great for visiting nearby amusement parks and great eateries. The kitchenette was super handy for quick meals. We enjoyed the free breakfast too. It's definitely a solid choice for a group getaway. just be prepared for a few quirks in the room.
The WiFi was pretty unreliable and cut out often, which was frustrating. We wanted to stream some shows at night, but that became impossible with the poor connection.

Convenient Location with Potential
The location proved to be ideal for exploring nearby dining options. While my initial experience wasn't great, the kitchenette helped in preparing meals. If you're in for a long stay, consider bringing your cookware for a homey touch! Also, keep your expectations realistic regarding comfort.

The friendly staff made the experience enjoyable, providing attentive service throughout the stay. The proximity to fresh local dining options added an extra layer of convenience for meals. However, the kitchenette wore on my patience with poorly maintained appliances and the WiFi connection frequently dropped, making it difficult to stay connected. Furthermore, some common areas could use more attention as they appeared neglected during my visit.

The kitchenette was incredibly handy, allowing me to prepare my own meals right in the room, which saved both time and money. The staff was consistently friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. Additionally, the location is great, making it easy to access nearby stores and dining options as well as being relatively close to the Dulles Airport.
I did encounter some cleaning issues in common areas, which could be improved.
